1. Definitions

• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the star899 platform.
• "star899" or "We" refers to the operator of this platform, which operates under an international licence.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time using the same payment method as the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the method chosen and the verification process required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same player's name.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.

• Each player is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus once only.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's own negligence.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

star899 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or misleading.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or game manipulation.
• Violation of any terms in this document.
